Embracing Change Together

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

For over 25 years, I’ve been walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate both the everyday struggles and the life-changing challenges that shape us. My work has taken me into homes, schools, community centers, hospitals and even police stations—anywhere people needed someone to listen, guide, and remind them they weren’t alone.

I’ve led parenting groups for single mothers in Jersey City and support circles for grandparents raising grandchildren in Long Beach. I’ve sat on the floor with children during play therapy, and I’ve taught teens in Watts how to find calm and strength through drumming, meditation, yoga, and breathwork. For a decade, I also served as a crisis counselor with the Rochester Police Department, standing with families in their hardest moments.

What I’ve learned from all of these experiences is that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple, practical tools—when paired with compassion—can create real and lasting change.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on family systems, and I’m a trained Brainspotting practitioner. My passion is helping people break free from limiting patterns and emotional blocks so they can reconnect with themselves and build stronger, more meaningful relationships.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, I’d love to hear from you. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out—we can start right where you are.
