Embracing Change Together
With over 20 years of experience, I have dedicated myself to supporting families in building resilience and finding peace during challenging times. My integrative approach combines diverse healing methods, drawing on a wide range of experiences working with individuals and families, all united by a common goal: to improve well-being and find lasting comfort.
I have led parenting groups for single mothers in Jersey City and support groups for grandparents raising their grandchildren in Long Beach, CA. I’ve facilitated play therapy for young children and taught teens coping skills through drumming, meditation, yoga, and breathwork in schools in Watts, CA. Additionally, I served as a crisis counselor with the Rochester Police Department for 10 years, supporting families through tragic events. These diverse experiences have reinforced my belief that simple, practical tools can create lasting, transformative change.
I have always been deeply fascinated by family systems, which led me to earn a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on this area. As a trained Brainspotting practitioner, I specialize in helping individuals break free from limiting patterns and emotional blocks. My passion lies in guiding people to reconnect with themselves, enabling them to cultivate deeper, more meaningful relationships with others.
My approach is holistic and tailored to meet you where you are. My coaching guides you toward self-regulation, well-being, and personal-growth strengthening you—and your family system.
