About Emily

I've spent my career helping individuals and families. I've helped them through traumatic events and hard times. I've always felt honored to be able to provide support to folks leaving a positive impact. The last few years have brought most people's stress to a record high. Everything changed, and we have to keep making it work.

I have a background in family systems and sociology. I have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage, and Family Therapy. I love to learn and keep up with the latest research in neuropsychology, nervous system response, trauma, nutrition, health and healing modalities. I have a strong understanding of the intricacies of family systems and love to explore them. I have a love for helping, healing and inspiring people.

“The true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit.”
